Glute bridge: how to do it with proper form

Works the glutes. Equipment: Bodyweight / barbell. Level: beginner.

Step by step

  1. 01On your back, heels close to hips.
  2. 02Drive hips up, squeeze glutes.
  3. 03Lower under control.
