Privacy Policy

The details you enter into the calculators and planners — age, height, weight, activity, goal, diet, sleep and wake times, screen time and cycle dates — are saved only in your browser's local storage so your numbers are remembered next time. They are not sent to our servers. Clearing your browser data removes them.

We store your display preferences (light or dark mode, and men's or women's content) the same way.

An account is optional and is only needed to send feedback. We store your email address, the name you give us, your password (stored only in hashed form by our authentication provider — we never see it) and the date you joined.

If you send feedback, we store your message, its category, the page it is about and any source link you add. We use this only to sign you in, act on your feedback and contact you about it.

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful. It uses cookies to record usage such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location. We never send your health inputs or account details to analytics.

For visitors from the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, analytics cookies are turned off.

Venva does not show ads and does not use advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy before any ads appear.

Supabase (accounts and feedback), Cloudflare (hosting and security) and Google (analytics). Each processes data only to provide its service to us. Some of these providers may process data outside your country.

Depending on where you live, data protection laws such as the EU and UK GDPR or India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act give you rights over your data. Wherever you are, you can ask us to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw your consent, or raise a complaint. To delete your account and its data, email us from the address on your account. We will respond within 30 days.

Health information is treated as sensitive. Venva is not intended for anyone under 18.
